As announced, the schools for higher classes from IX to XII reopened on Wednesday in Tamil Nadu with strict Covid-19 protocol in place. Most of the schools in the state will function till 1 to 1.30 p.m. even though the state government has said that classes would be held till 3.30 p.m.
With higher classes for IX to XII reopening in Tamil Nadu, the state transport minister has ordered that the students can travel in government buses for free by showing their school identity cards.
"In view of the conduct of the examination of PTET and SI, the revised schedule of D.El.Ed., the first and second year 2021 examinations have been announced," the department tweeted on Monday.
